  • Who do you use for deliveries within Hong Kong?

    We use SF Express for our standard delivery. We aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours of ordering and you should receive your order 1-3 working days after dispatch. If monogramming, engraving or hemming services are required, please allow an extra 24 hours between order and despatch.

  • How do I track my SF Express parcel?

    You can track your parcel by visiting the SF Express Tracking Page or via the SF Express mobile app. Your unique tracking number will be sent via email from SF Express once your order is dispatched.

  • What happens if I’m not in to accept my SF Express delivery?

    SF Express will attempt to deliver once. You will receive an SMS/email notification with a delivery time window 1 hour prior to arrival. If you are unavailable and have not specified a safe drop-off location, SF Express will leave a delivery notification card with instructions to:
    Reschedule delivery via the SF Express app/website，Collect the parcel from the nearest SF Express Service Point within 7 working days,

    Authorize a neighbor or building management to receive the parcel on your behalf. We recommend downloading the SF Express app to set delivery preferences (e.g., safe drop location, preferred delivery time, collection point) for added convenience.

  • Where is my order? It has not arrived in the stated timeframe.

  • Can you deliver to a parcel collection point?

    Yes! You can select “SF Express Service Point” or “SF Locker” as your delivery address during checkout. Choose from hundreds of convenient locations across Hong Kong (including MTR stations, shopping malls, and residential areas) to collect your parcel at your leisure. No extra charge applies.

  • Do you offer a next day delivery service?

    Yes! To arrange next-day delivery, please place your order before 12:00 PM (noon) Hong Kong time. For orders requiring custom hemming and/or personalisation, the cutoff time is 10:30 AM Hong Kong time.
    Charge: HK$45 for Monday to Friday delivery; HK$60 for Saturday delivery (no Sunday or public holiday next-day delivery).
    Exclusions: Not available for remote outlying islands (e.g., Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau) and restricted areas.

  • One of my items is on a pre-order. When will I get my items?

    Pre-ordered items will be delivered separately when available, with no extra delivery cost. We’ll keep you updated via email if there are any changes to the expected dispatch date, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once the pre-ordered item is sent.

  • How long do deliveries outside Hong Kong take?

    Europe: 7-10 working days (dispatched from Hong Kong)
    Rest of the World: 7-15 working days (dispatched from Hong Kong)
    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or regional logistics delays.
